About the Webinar:
Ubiquitinated proteasome is the main enzymatic catalytic system that specifically degrades proteins in eukaryotic cells. Ubiquitin is a small protein that is covalently linked to the target protein by the E1-E2-E3 enzyme-catalyzed process, and induces the degradation of the target protein. In recent years, the research and development of protein degradation drugs based on ubiquitinated proteasomes has received more and more attention. In the first part of this webinar, Prof Jin will introduce the ubiquitinated proteasome system from the perspective of basic and technical research, and summarize the current status of the development of protein degrading drugs. CST is committed to providing scientists with first-class tools to accelerate new discoveries to better understand and treat diseases. At the end of this webinar, we will briefly introduce the products and technical support provided by CST in the research exploration and drug development direction of PROTAC.
