The Pippin Prep facilitates library construction for the most popular NGS platforms by DNA Size Selection for the inserts from 100bp to 1.5kb. The system features the ability to collect narrow and even fragment distributions, as well as the flexibility to collect wide ranges of fragments with minimal effort.
The BluePippin has the DNA capabilities of the Pippin Prep, plus the extra benefit of pulsed-field electrophoresis for resolving and collecting DNA Fragments up to 50kb.

The SageELF is an electrophoresis system that separates DNA or protein samples by size, and then fractionates the whole sample,
or section of sample, into 12 fractions. The system is equipped with pulsed-field electrophoresis for resolving large DNA.
