The EnVision™+ Systems are simple, high sensitive two-steps detection systems base on unique enzyme-conjugated polymer backbone with secondary antibody molecules. Immunohistostaining applications with routinely fixed paraffin sections, smears, frozen sections, imprints and cytocentrifuge preparations are all suitable for use of EnVision™+ systems. Furthermore, endogenous biotin will not affect EnVision™+ systems’ staining results.
