Now, high performance luminescence is available, operated in photon integration mode, to enable high sensitivity luminescence measurements. Along with absorbance, fluorescence and time resolved fluorescence, this new addition to the Synergy™ HT series enables low light output luminescence applications, including reporter gene assays (luciferase), flash ATP assays, Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS), Luminescent Immuno Assays (LIA) and more.
Besides the high signal-to-noise luminescence detection, the Synergy HT’s unique dual optics system ensures the highest sensitivity in fluorescence with an ultra-stable tungsten/halogen light source coupled with deep blocking interference filters, and the monochromator design provides unsurpassed flexibility in absorbance, especially in low UV and near IR applications with a detection range from 200 to 999 nm.
The user-friendly KC4™ data analysis software comes with all Synergy™ HT models. The new interface allows the user to create any sequence of dispense, shake, incubate and read steps. For routine customers, full 21CFR Part 11 compliance is also available.
